How It Works
Everyone’s needs are different after a loss. Some people prefer to take care of the details themselves but want a clear plan, encouragement and accountability along the way. Others feel more supported working side by side with an After Loss Professional through the process.
Option 1: Accountability Partner
If you want to stay hands-on but aren’t sure where to start, I’ll create a personalized roadmap that breaks your after-loss tasks into manageable steps. We’ll meet once a week for a check-in call to review your progress, answer questions and keep you encouraged and on track as you work through the plan at your own pace.
Option 2: Side-by-Side Support
If you’d like more direct help, we can work alongside you. We will sit together to organize paperwork, make calls and manage follow-up tasks. We’ll find the phone numbers we need, make calls together and organize the next steps so nothing is missed.
Both options provide calm, compassionate structure to help you move forward without feeling overwhelmed. Our goal is to make the process easier, more organized and less stressful while helping you stay confident and in control.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Description texOur After Loss Professionals provide support on an hourly rate that is competitive compared to legal services.
To begin, please fill out the short form on the PALS page. (Insert link back to form) Kim will call you for a complimentary Discovery Call, a confidential conversation to learn more about your situation and where you are in the process of settling your loved one’s estate. We also want to know what keeps you up at night and determine how Elephant Organizing can best support you.
If you decide to move forward after the Discovery Call, we will send you our contract to sign and an invoice for your upcoming Intake Call and action plan.
The Intake Call and action plan are billed at $345.
Once payment is received, we’ll schedule your Intake Call. During that call, you’ll be asked questions to better understand the particulars of your loved one’s estate. We will also discuss and determine which approach, or combination of both, fits your needs best.
Ongoing services are billed at $115 per hour, regardless of which level of support you prefer, whether weekly accountability sessions or side-by-side assistance.
-
We’ll talk through this during your Intake Call. Based on our conversation, we’ll decide together what level of support fits your needs best. Some clients start with the Accountability Partner Plan and later add Side-by-Side Support, while others prefer a hybrid approach from the beginning.
There’s no one-size-fits-all. The plan will be customized to meet you where you are.
